I transferred it to a litho plate but it didn’t work out.. all the detail was lost, not in the abstract, engaging way but in that “what?” kind of way.

Toulouse-Lautrec: Lassitude
From a sickly childhood of privilege came one of the greatest Post-Impressionists of France - Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. His works grace the walls of the finest art galleries and the most collegiate poster fairs. You’ve seen his Moulin Rouge posters on those white plastic tables and maybe even the Café and Cabaret exhibition at the MFA Boston (showing until August 8th). Personally, I am drawn to his collection of studies entitled Elles, a series in which Lassitude was the last sheet. His iconic presentation of French society in the late 19th century and lithographic skill make Toulouse-Lautrec a brilliant artistic master whose works will be heralded for years to come.
Try to name a more amazing lithographer. I dare you.
